Soft Skills Training at the Center of Caritas Hellas in Kypseli

Soft Skills Training

On Monday, 18th of March, at 14.30, a workshop on the development of professional skills (soft skills training) will take place at the Center for Social Inclusion and Employability of Caritas Hellas in Kypseli within the framework of the work-counseling service.

We all know that job placement requires employees to have a set of skills that match the required job skills. The so-called hard skills – typical skills. But what about soft skills?

Soft skills are a kind of professional skills or “key” skills that allow an individual to interact and work effectively with other people in a particular environment. These skills reveal emotional intelligence and whether an individual is able or not to work in a professional workplace with other employees. Some of the best-known professional skills we will discuss and develop through experiential exercises are communication skills, organizational skills, flexibility and ability to manage conflicts and problem solving.

The seminar will take place in Greek, with interpretation in French.

In order to participate, please contact the Secretary of Caritas Hellas in Kipseli (Fokionos Negri 42, in the Municipal Market), at 210 5225659 or at kipselicenter@caritas.gr  Funded by
